Terms of Service

By commissioning me, I can assume that you have read and agreed to all my terms of service. In case of violation of terms, I reserve the rights to cancel current and future works.

general business terms
• Commissions are for personal use only (wallpaper, personal prints, gift) use on social medias with credit to the artist (@akimbod or profile link).
• The item commissioned cannot be used for NFT minting or AI training!
• Do not trace, resell or make profit from the commission.
• As the artist, I retain the full rights to the artwork.
• I reserve the right to decline your commission request without any reason given.
• I have right to alter my Terms of Service at any time. New rules will not apply retroactively and won't influence orders started on older terms.Payment & Refund Policy
• 100% upfront via PayPal invoice
• All invoices are due within 7 days, unless there are other agreements. Invoices past the due date will be cancelled along with the commission associated to it.• Full refund = The net amount I received after Paypal transaction fee deduction.
• No refunds for already started or finished works.
Full refunds can only be issued if the work has not been started yet.
• Please make revisions during the earlier stages to prevent any dissatisfaction.
• If I'm unable to finish the commission due unpredictable emergencies, a refund will be issued.
• Do not file chargebacks under any circumstances. Please always contact me first to resolve any issue.Workflow
• I will first send you 2-3 rough sketches for you to choose and revision. After coming to an agreement there won't be anymore revisions without additional fee.
• Please give feedback within 3 days. On day 3, I will send a reminder in case you miss my previous email. If there's still no contact after 3 days, I will start the next stage without waiting for approval.
• I am not obligated to accommodate any more changes on the artwork after its completion and conclusion of the commission.
• I reserve the right to decline or charge an extra fee for major changes or additional wishes in the later stage of the process.Worktime & Finalproduct
• Time between sketch and finished artwork is around 1 to 4 weeks.
• If for any reason I need to extend the deadline, I will tell you as soon as possible. If you have a specific deadline in mind, please let me now.
• Full refunds requested due to me not meeting a deadline, your waiting time, or my working time will not be issued.
• The item commissioned is a digital product and will not be delivered to a physical address. (For traditional commission please contact me [email protected])
• The finished artwork will be delivered via mail or google drive link in:
.png image format.

• If possible, please provide me with one or two phrases describing the character's personality or key physical characteristics so that I can accurately depict them.
• If you have a specific wish for the atmosphere, pose, mood, or colors, please state so along with the references.
• Please tell me if this commission is private, or if it's okay for me to share the process and final picture on my social media etc.
